2 Corinthians 3:17

…where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

This is the scripture that has been on my mind and on my heart as I have been preparing to launch this new blog, Completely Caroline.  It’s so simple, yet so rich and multi faceted.  A true revelation of God’s love and grace—understanding who He really is and what His heart is really about—brings such sweet freedom.  Acceptance. Grace. Abundant love. Joy in the ridiculous. FREEDOM. It’s too wonderful for words, really.

There is too much pretending amongst women; too much hiding of hurts and struggles.  I want this blog to be a place of freedom, a place of honesty and transparency, a safe place.  I intend to share my heart and my struggles in this space, and I want you to feel free to do the same.

I also love pretty things.  I adore travel, good food and wine, crafting, creating.  I spend way too much time in my closet, putting outfits together.  I’d like for us to share these things, too—the pretty things in life that balance out the painful things.
